Live Well San Diego
As a Live Well San Diego partner, the SDFLC believes that our community can be healthy, safe and thriving if we all work together. We have established a strong partnership with the County of San Diego that includes education, outreach, and our Live Well Radio Hour.
Collaborating with myriad partners including, 2-1-1 San Diego, Biocom, Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District, Interfaith Community Services, SAY San Diego and others has allowed us to further our mission and reach into the San Diego community to assist our at-risk populations and most vulnerable on their path to self-sufficiency.
Most importantly, is our work with the Office of Military & Veteran Affairs and our co-locations at the MVRC in National City and Escondido.
