One of the key components to our growth and success here at the SDFLC is our team of volunteers, without them it would not be possible to reach as many constituents as we do. Going forward we will highlight both individuals and teams of volunteers who make it all possible.
For the first edition we would like to thank Rae Russell and her team from Financial Coach 4U. Since joining our volunteer team more than four years ago Rae has been one of our most active volunteers in the classroom and beyond. As a Navy veteran Rae has taken her experiences and passed along her knowledge to Active Duty and veteran members of the Armed Forces through presentations and volunteering her time to educate individuals at the Military Veteran Resource Centers.
